I use a Canon Vixia HG20 to make my videos.

If you’re just making videos for youtube, use a point and shoot. for real. on a youtube screen you really can’t tell the difference, and spending a shit ton of money on a camera is pointless unless you’re getting paid to.
#imahypocrite #fuckoff
If you buy a camera and justify the expense because you think you’ll get your money back when you become a youtube partner, reconsider that. I’m not sure what I’m allowed to say, but halfway through typing that last sentence I realized I don’t give a fuck so here’s a secret:
Youtube partner’s get paid shit.
Don’t quote me on that. This isn’t even the real Huntertainment, I don’t know what you’re talking about.
This is a tripod

use one, alternatively you can set your camera on something hard. Shaky camera’s produce shit video.
How do you get your ideas for videos?
I love that question. Like I’m supposed to answer you and tell you how you’re supposed to think. Just don’t. Let the ideas come to you, in the middle of a shower or a jog or right before you’re about to pass out. as a sidenote: the second you get that idea, write it down. immediately. I don’t care if you’re in a drivethrough, or at a funeral, drop what you’re doing and write that down. I have a million sheets of paper scattered all over my room with the most random assed shit ever written on them.
Also, finding motivation to actually make videos is a bit of a trick too. I became a youtube partner and like 3 weeks later hardly put out videos. For example, right now I just lost most motivation to finish this - I’m going to grab a sandwich now. Maybe the trick is focusing your motivation and inspiration on one thing. Shit I lost it, now I’m going to finish watching this movie.
Ah, sidenote!
I use Final Cut Pro to edit my videos

Don’t buy that either.
My Greenscreen:

this isn’t it.
but mine is made out of PVC pipes and long sheets of green paper. Do Not buy a green screen online for like $80, fuck that shit. I got pieces of pvc (and cut them) and glued them and made my stand for $15 - I got the paper from my school’s library, they’re literally taped together, and not that ‘perfect green screen color’. Know why? Because it doesn’t fucking matter. The software just detects a color and keys it out, the color just has to be a weird ass one. I could’ve gotten purple or blue, it doesn’t matter. If you don’t have a school or a library or patience to tape a bunch of sheets together - go buy a green piece of fabric for like $10. Don’t buy any green screen online. Fuck that.

It’s lit using construction lights, they’re cheaper. Also not video production recommended, but like always - it doesn’t fucking matter.
